Our Story

Established in 1986 by Don Harrison and Jack Sullivan, Rock Financial has been dedicated to assisting the independent retailer in the manufactured housing industry.

We are based in Birmingham, Alabama and are one of the largest manufactured housing retailer buyer’s groups in the United States. 

We have over 130 member locations in 20 states. 

Our member locations are able to earn additional marketing incentives from our partner manufacturers. We also provide assistance in obtaining lines of wholesale floor planning.

We have become an industry leader as a result of our unique relationships with retailers, manufacturers and lenders. Our goal is to provide each of these relationships with unparalleled value added services and with the highest degree of integrity. We seek out only “win-win” scenarios in all of our business dealings.
